Emily joined Ed Weeren Insurance Agency, Inc. in February 2015. She was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to Austin after completing her undergraduate degree from The College of Wooster in 2014. Emily studied History and German and focused her undergraduate research on Haitian history. Her research was inspired by two service trips to Haiti and building a vocational that teaches English, Spanish, and Computer skills. During her free time Emily enjoys playing soccer, working out, and rooting for any New York sports team. In addition, Emily has earned her professional designations from Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
