Veronica Ramirez

Veronica has been in the industry for over 25 years, joining the agency in 1998. Veronica earned her Business Administration Certificate from Austin Business College in June 2000 and previously served in the Personal Lines department as an Account Manager but has since switched over to the Commercial Lines department, servicing small businesses across Central Texas.
Veronica holds certifications from National Alliance Association as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and from Independent Insurance Agents of America as an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR). She has formerly served as President of the ASCNet Greater Texas Chapter (Applied Systems Users Group) and continues to serve on the chapter’s Advisory Board. She has also served as Treasurer for Austin Association of Insurance Professionals (AAIP) and continues to serve on the organization’s board.

Veronica is bilingual and assists all of the agency’s Spanish-speaking clientele. She is keen to learn and train on any new interface system product that carriers may introduce.

Away from the office, Veronica enjoys serving her community, within her church and with her children’s school and athletic activities. She currently serves as the Sub-Coordinator for the Prayer Ministry in the Diocese of Austin.
